The Homeowner's Association has a Board of Directors elected by the Members during the annual meeting. Formal notice is made in the weeks prior to that meeting.

Association Dues
Association Dues are $370 per year. The period is from January to December, this fee includes your trash, recycling, and yard waste. Dues are billed bi-annually in early January and July. Late fees will be applied for late payment.
