Architectural Approval
OCHOA Architectural Approval Form

Architecture changes require approval from the architecture committee. This includes house colors and modifications. The Architectural Committee determines if structural changes or home colors are within the covenants. Download and fill out the Architecture Approval Form.
The purpose of these architectural rules is to preserve and enhance the values and attractiveness of our association. The intent of these rules is to protect all homeowners by assuring that new construction and improvements are consistent with the harmony of exterior design within our association. The Board of Directors may appoint an Architectural Committee to oversee the Architectural Rules and approve any improvements. In dealing with individual requests, the Architectural Committee will consider harmony of design and location, topography, visibility to other homes, suitability of materials and workmanship, and effect on property values.

Please note: filling out the Architecture Approval Request form does not automatically give you approval. It only begins the process. Signed/written approval from the architecture committee is needed before the homeowner can start making changes.
